We had a small issue with mold.  Trademark (Dave) gave us a fair quote and the work was done quickly and professionally.  The job was done in a few hours and the ATP tests showed that the mold issue was dealt with.

An unexpected, non-budgeted home repair became necessary.These guys took care of restoration with care and were professional and friendly.  They came out in a timely manner to begin restorations and accommodated their calendar to meet the needs of my yet diagnosed problem. We came home to a flooded house after a 4-day vacation. It took a cracked toilet bowl to flood the entire downstairs. My semi-pro tip to all of you reading this is to shut off your water to the house before you go out of town. I called TRS immediately after I shut off the water, and it was around 8 pm at night. I didn't know TRS, but it was the first one that popped up on the Google search page. They showed up within 45 minutes and started the cleanup process until almost midnight. They spent the next week removing affected baseboards, flooring, and drywall. They were professional and diligent and answer every question we had. They understood how stressful the mitigation process is, so they explained to us in detail what we would expect.

Dave and his teammate (please forgive me, I know it begins with a K, but it is slipping my mind), rock! They came out and found the ROOT CAUSE of the problem. They outlined exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem and followed up to make sure that it was done correctly. 

Any questions I asked, I got high quality, thought out answers.

I cannot be more please with Trademark Restoration Services.  They were professional, diligent, fair and direct.  The office manager Josefina kept me inform with updates and if I had further questions, I was able to get a thorough report from Todd.   They were extremely friendly and reliable. David and any company he works with is a good company.  I ask David to help my customers when they have a claim and he steps up and takes care of them and helps them with water claims, mold claims.
